Located on the second floor of a traditional Catalan Masía, covering 80 m²:

Living room with sofas and wood-burning fireplace
Spacious bathroom with a large shower
One double bedroom with a 180 cm bed and one bedroom with two 90 cm single beds

Wood-burning fireplace (firewood sack €15 – must be added to the reservation)
Heating: two air conditioning units (hot and cold)
Independent entrance, parking next to the house
Private garden with barbecue (charcoal not provided)
Access to a shared swimming pool with a shaded lounge area with sofas
CONDITIONS
Pets are not allowed
Smoking is prohibited inside the house
Maintenance cleaning: €15 per week, applicable for stays from 7 nights onwards (mandatory service)
