Casa Llimona is a pleasant, recently restored village house, ideal for a couple looking for peace and quiet and disconnection.
THE HOUSE
On entering the house there is a large kitchen-dining room with a cooker and air conditioning. A spacious living room which is the one that distributes and connects with the rest of the house. A bathroom with shower, a bedroom with office, a room with vaulted ceiling that connects to the double bedroom with air conditioning. The patio – garden has a covered porch area with table, chairs and sun loungers.

OUTDOOR AREA – Terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers. – Barbecue. – Shaded area and lighting for summer dinners. – Separate entrance with parking near the house. – Storage area in the back yard to store bicycles and laundry area. – Access to shared swimming pool with sun loungers, shaded porch with sofas and relaxation area. The swimming pool is located a few metres from the house.
INDOOR SPACES – Cinema room – 2 bedrooms (1 double bed +1 single bed and a desk) – 1 bathroom with shower – Living room with sofa and large flat screen TV – Kitchen/dining room with access to the garden. – 2 air-conditioning units Courtesy soap, courtesy toilet paper, cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, … ), kitchen towels, rubbish bags and cleaning utensils (dish soap, dishwasher soap).
CONDITIONS
– A well-behaved small breed dog is allowed. You must bring your own bed and protection for sofas and beds. The animal may never be left alone in the house. Extra cost: 50€.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
– Not suitable for children under 14 years old.
– Maintenance cleaning: 15 € per week. Applies for stays of 7 days or more.
– Charcoal for the barbecue is not included (you can buy it in the shop or at the petrol station in the village).
