THE HOUSE
Casa Soleil is composed of two rustic-style houses — a main house and a barn — where tranquility reigns. Perfect for lovers of slow living and the Empordà.
Only a 15-minute drive from the beaches of L’Escala, located in the charming village of Vilopriu. Completely surrounded by forests and farmland, you can fully enjoy the peace and quiet of nature with your family or friends. Tradition and modernity blend beautifully throughout the spacious rooms.
The main house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the barn has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. They are separated by a garden and a swimming pool in between. In total, five beautiful bedrooms spread across two houses, each with its own charm. You can rent the main house, which accommodates up to 7 people, or both houses with a total capacity of up to 11 people.
The property is equipped with all modern comforts. In addition to two fully equipped kitchens, each with a large dining table and a cozy living room perfect for enjoying a good book, there is a workspace for business moments and plenty of board games and videos for children to enjoy during the fresh spring and autumn evenings. Outside, there is a private pool that blends perfectly with the surroundings, along with cozy lounging areas. There is also a natural vegetable garden and aromatic plants.
