Cal Ouaire was once an old barn and has been restored with the idea of creating a rustic yet minimalist, warm, and comfortable home, using natural materials and maximizing natural light.

Located on the second floor of a traditional Catalan Masía, covering 80 m²:

Living room with sofas and wood-burning fireplace
Spacious bathroom with a large shower
One double bedroom with a 180 cm bed

Wood-burning fireplace (firewood sack €15 – must be added to the reservation)
Heating: two air conditioning units (hot and cold)
Independent entrance, parking next to the house
Private garden with barbecue (charcoal not provided), outdoor kitchen with table,chairs and sunbeds. Private and cozy.

CONDITIONS
1 small pet is accepted.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house
Maintenance cleaning: €15 per week, applicable for stays from 7 nights onwards (mandatory service)
