THE HOUSE
Located on the first floor of a recently renovated village house of about 100 m2. With direct access to the terrace to have lunch or dinner outside with views of the countryside.
The house is distributed in a very large bedroom with double bed, views to the terrace and walk-in wardrobes, very practical.
The en-suite bathroom is very spacious and has a window overlooking the fields of Diana.
The house has a wood-burning stove in the kitchen. There is air conditioning in the living room and two ceiling fans.
In winter there is gas heating and a wood-burning fireplace in the kitchen.
THE RELAX ROOM
It is a room designed for relaxation and moments of calm and reading. You will also find an ioga mat and accessories, books ….. With an antique Catalan adobe floor, it is a large space where you can practice yoga or meditation. And you will find two puffs, books, a yoga mat, two cork blogs, yoga initiation books and an antique desk.
SHARED POOL: located a few metres from the house. In the pool area you will find sun loungers, parasols, puffs, chairs and tables, a shaded area in the new chill out area, with a barbecue and a fridge to keep your drinks cool.

CONDITIONS
Capacity 2/3 persons.
Maintenance cleaning: 15€ applies to all bookings of more than 7 nights.
Firewood sack price 15€.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
No parties are allowed.
One small, well-behaved dog is allowed (you must bring your own bed and protection for sofas and beds) Extra cost 50€.
