Located in Viladamat. A barn converted into a house 5 minutes from the beaches of Sant Martí d’Empúries and L’Escala.
It is a rustic style house that transmits naturalness and comfort. On entering we find a large open space with high ceilings that preserve the old shape of the barn. With a large open kitchen, fully equipped and very functional that invites you to cook at all times. In the same space we find the dining room and living room with sofas, TV and a fireplace. With a large glass window that illuminates all the spaces with natural light and gives access to the garden. The outside area has a porch ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner in summer. In the lawn area next to a medium sized swimming pool, there is a chill out area with sun loungers.
On the upper floor there is a small play area for children and a work area. Both bathrooms are spacious and have a shower. The 4 bedrooms are distributed: 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor.

The stone house is very cool, and has 2 air conditioners in the upper rooms and a fan. The south-facing windows are screened to keep out direct light.
In the house and you will find: Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, clothes horse, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, hoover, pots, paellas, juicer, turmix, toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee machine. Wifi. Soap, courtesy toilet paper, cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, … ), tea towels, rubbish bags and cleaning utensils (dish soap, dishwasher soap).
